Inspiration for the mind…New Novels/Books
PhotoBook-A Brush with Eternal Light
For the past decade I’ve been quietly painting light: how it rises, fractures, vanishes, and returns. These aren’t landscapes in the usual sense. They’re meditations: sunrise through reeds, the moment before creation, the long dark night of the soul, and the tender dawn that always follows.
A collection of contemplation, color, breath, and silence. A pilgrimage from first light to final light, one brushstroke at a time.
This is a very limited edition. 10 x 10, Hardcover, photo book, gift book, coffee table book
If you’ve ever stood in front of a painting and felt time stop, this one was created for you.
Each Time She Wakes ~ Sophia is a mystic tale of a young soul’s quest for Truth and the unforeseen effects on all who enter the journey.
The author weaves together magical strands of innocence, adventure, love, wisdom, and the power of inner vision to create a modern fable that is an allegory for our spiritual journey toward Oneness.
It will lift you up, inspire you, open your heart, point you in the direction of Truth, and give you hope. It is well-crafted and a delightful read. And, whether you are new to the spiritual path or a seasoned traveler, there is something in it for you.

READ AN EXCERPT:
The lights of the town begin to glow as dusk settles in for the evening. Sophia needs to find a place to rest tonight before boarding the ship in the morning. But her thoughts are with the voices. “Who are these people? Where can I find them? What can I do, even if I do find them? Who am I to offer them help?” She is caught in a frenzy of questions. The battle lines of fear and love begin taking shape as she thinks of the voices and visualizes the individuals that call out to her.
While deep in thought, she continues walking down a darkened alley, where she finds an inn, not too far from the docks.Sophia enters and waits by the front desk for assistance. As she looks around, she notices that everything is meticulously clean, but in an unnerving manner.Nothing is out of place, no dust to be found anywhere…all the firewood is stacked neatly by the hearth…even the fringe of the carpet has been combed to stand at attention.Something is off, out of balance and uneasy about this place.
Sophia feels the tiny hairs on the back of her neck stand up straight as she hears a man’s voice bark out commands, “Someone’s out front!Get out there…now! What are ya’ waitin’ for?Do I have to do everythin’ for ya’?!”
Sophia has only been waiting a few seconds, before a beautiful young woman, not much older than herself, timidly greets her, “Ev’nin’ Miss, how can I help you?”She hangs her head low, coercing her beautiful flowing hair to cover her face.
Unexpectedly, the scent of Hope enters the room as a soft breeze brushes away the woman’s tousled locks. Her secret is exposed momentarily, long enough for Sophia to hear her mother’s voice whisper, “Truth is One; perspectives are many.Seek Truth!”The woman suddenly looks up as if she too heard the secret message on the breeze.
When their eyes connect, Sophia sees the purple and green hues surrounding the woman’s face and the bruised handprint carelessly left around her dainty neck.Quickly she lowers her head in shame and wipes away a solitary tear that dared to show itself.Although the room is still of any sounds, Sophia can sense the woman silently begging to be saved from this personal pit of darkness.
Sophia reaches over and lays her hand compassionately upon the woman’s trembling fingers. While looking her straight in the eyes, she quietly but resolutely whispers, “First thing in the morning, I am boarding the ship from the West; heading to a sanctuary of peace nestled in a haven of hope.”Then she states for all to hear, “I will only need a room for one night.”
The woman pulls her hand away uneasily as her emotions begin unraveling like the stiches of a woolen sweater being pulled apart.“Yes, Miss…um, I’ll get you set up, right away…” she fumbles over her words. She fidgets with some papers atop the counter while attempting to gain control of her fears. She is trying to compose herself from the shocking kindness she has just received, from a perfect stranger. It makes her uncomfortable. She just wants to be left alone to tend to her list of chores when, from the kitchen, a sudden cough then violent thrashing is heard.
Throughout the sands of time, the ever-present battle of good and evil pushes humanity to the precipice. The author takes one on a mystic journey, blurring the line of time between past, present, and future, to unveil one of life's oldest questions in this grand battle of darkness and light...Why Am I Here?
May the answer be found in THE LIGHT YOU SEEK.

READ AN EXCEPT:
Prologue
Ancient Days
For some these pages will bleed the Truth, for others they will just bleed…
The year was one I could not tell; not because I had been sworn to secrecy, but some things were kept buried…out of reach. Just imagine a time when water turned to wine and mystic tales were spun on the wind, though never committed to ink and spine.
Somewhere in the vastness of the Persian Empire, a cloud of darkness approached. This ground swell of doom arose with the western wind, and brought chaos along with it. It was a time of destruction for the empire, and upheaval of its social order. These conquerors held worldly gain and supremacy above All. Their cunning annihilation of ancient wisdom was their first execution.
This insatiable power drove the most pious of families into exile. The initiated, who carefully guarded the fragments of luminous wisdom entrusted to them, rode away on the desert wind. Deep into hiding they went; behind great walls of sand and stone, into the darkest of caverns. With them, followed the noble traditions and practices which ensured humanity’s enlightenment and evolution…up until now.
